Network congestion determined by various causalities. It would gets
increased on night to early morning in general.

Picking 1 node that shows near flat graph may considered more consistency.

Paying for each single Mudfish item applied only for Subscription plan.

You’re in Pay-Per-Traffic so your credit will decreased as you’ve used it. That means it depend on how much you’ll use the Mudfish credit.
