Hi can you check my account? I’m finding it hard to connect and play Black Desert Online every peak hours, I always get disconnected. I don’t know if its my ISP or maybe something can be done at your end. Peak hours is 4pm - 6am SGT.
3000 ms means there’s a packet loss between mudfish node and your desktop. Please check How to check the basic functionality first whether it’s okay.
However when I checked your RTT information, something is weird because the closest RTT from your desktop and mudfish node is around 170 ms which doesn’t make sense to me. After launching mudfish, please visit ‘Status -> Nodes’ menu to see RTT avg and stddevs.
Please Logout then Sign In without Remember Me(auto-login) then Remember Me function will work again
