Hi, EU West nodes for League of Legends stuck at RTT 3000ms for a day now. How to fix?

Hi, I try use one node again (I always used one node) and SoftEther recommendation but it doesn’t work. Still stuck permanently at 300ms no matter what node I try to pick. I don’t know what else can do.
I try full VPN mode but my ping at 260ms… still 60ms higher than normal
