Hi, for some reason my credit

Hi, for some reason my credit became -$1.47 while using Pay per Traffic mode.
But i purchased $5 more credit as i needed to use the program and only received $ 3.53 due to it.

Because of you’ve consumed credits to exceed so it would charged when your next payment with calculated values.

Additional information about PUBG and CS:GO

Above both documents are same contents

hi, i’ve purchased another $5 to fix my negative balance only to see that its negative again the next day. then i topped up another $5 last night, only to see that this turned negative again.

i doubt that i was able to use that much quota in PUBG and CSGO in 12 hours. I am certain that my credits are being consumed even when im not running the game.

i also regularly upload to google drive, it seems that it is taking my mudfish credits, even though i set my option to Pay per Traffic mode.

Please refund me the credits i lost due to this issue.
I wont be purchasing any more credits until this is fixed.

and now my balance is - $3.51 …
this is ridiculous

First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.

the only game i play is CS:GO and it doesn’t seem to be in the list of the known games to cause this issue. Though i found that this problem happened to me when i have mudfish on as i was uploading and downloading files from google drive. seems like it detects it as traffic from the game?

im not entirely sure if thats the case, but it could be.

thanks for dealing with this issue again.

I’m not expecting that CS:GO causes an issue with Google Driver because I didn’t get any feedback related with this issue yet. It means you’re first person to report this issue. I’ll try to check it again.
