Hi i accidently changed my data plan to subscription but i did not read that i would get small amount of credits to test on traffic mode so now i cant test if it works is there anyway to change this? thank you.
You need to contact to your ISP first. 
Frankly speaking it’s out of control of my hand because it looks your ISP itself has a very unstable connection to other ISPs.
