Hi, I am currently on the subscription-based payment method for my account. Recently I equipped ArcheAge, but found that it was unplayable, especially during large scale fights, which is a large part of the game. I have since tried WTFast and Battleping trials, and found their connection for ArcheAge was much better.
Can you please refund the $1.20 cost it took for equipping ArcheAge to my account?
