Did you check Blade and Soul link before? It seems around 200 ms would best result with Mudfish if I read your RTT information correctly.
However before going further, please make sure that the basic functionality of Mudfish is fine with enabling Full VPN mode link and visiting http://myip.mudfish.net link.
혹시 현재 사용하고 계신 회선 체크해 보신 적이 있으신가요? 지금 미꾸라지 쪽 정보를 보면 RTT 편차가 굉장히 좋지 않게 나옵니다.
