Hi, I bought some credits using my Paypal. The transaction is already being reflected in my Paypal account but the credits that I bought aren’t showing in my credit status. It still has a negative balance. Please advise. Thanks!

I bought $2.99 USD and $2.99 AUD. The one being reflected to my Mudfish account is only $2.98 AUD. Please advise. Thanks!
