Hi I can’t get good ping to Black Desert SEA. I have tried to add it as a custom game but with no success.

IP for BDO SEA is 103.97.51.134

Are you able to add this to the supported games list?

I think it’s already covered by ‘Black Desert’ game item. Did you try to pick a destination “Asia (Thailand)”?

i have same problem, SEA is not thailand but singapore

Thanks. Just tried then but the Realtime RTT is not showing anything. Anything else I can do?

Weird… Did you turn on FastConnect mode at that moment? If it’s still same, please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.

Tried what you said and Mudfish now shows the correct ping to SG, but I’m not sure if it’s actually working with Black Desert.

I’ve noticed that Black Desert is still connecting directly to the BD server (103.97.51.134) even with mudfish running & the game item enabled- but the latency is 0. Does this mean it’s running through Mudfish?
