Hi,
  
I have this issue: Mudec_00049
  
I checked the Help Page and I don’t know what I should be doing. I still have balance on my account so point 1 is out.
  
My game has high ping so mudfish is not working properly after this error. What can you advise me to do?

That’s the link I looked at and it is not giving any solution besides telling me what the problem is.
  
For the node, I have connected to this as a test: SG Asia (Singapore - DigitalOcean)
  
and it is rerouting it to… 
  
TW Asia (Taiwan - Google) -> game
  
or
  
TW Asia (Taiwan - Google) ->SG Asia (Singapore - DigitalOcean)-> game

When you specify a mudfish node, did you use basic node mode or advanced node mode for game item?  For example if you’re using the basic node more (using 1 mudfish node), it never be rerouted to other mudfish nodes.
  
However how did you confirm that it’s rerouted to other node?  Was it based on result of traceroute?
