Thank you for sending the packet dump. However it’s little bit weird when I checked the packet dump. This packet dump says that the game server IP is 221.122.119.175 but it’s a same network area with CN north. Is it really sure that it’s at CN south?
The two severs are at the same company.Maybe that’s why they have the same area?However the south one have ip blocked,it can only access with china ip adress.But I could acess both severs with same mudfish setting [Asia (China North),chosing cn vpn].So the item of mudfish[Asia (China North)] worked fine for both severs i think?

You said there’s two CN game server at North and South. However it looks like that they are at same place physically if I read the packet dump.
Is there any game interface to see the ping value in the game client? If then, does they show different ping values between two?
The severs north and south is for players who use the internet from telecommunication companies called China Netcom Corporation or China Telecommunications Corporation, this sould be the reason why they have same location but different name.And yes the game has ping interface that both severs shows similar ping values between 120~350ms throught CN Asia (Beijing - Xirang) sever.
