Hi, I only can play ragnarok indonesia when I turn on full VPN mode, and choose ID - Jakarta node. But this node seems to give some notable lags and understand that when using full VPN mode, all network activities from my desktop will consume the traffic balance that I have.
Is there any better way for this?
Is it even same with Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan mudfish nodes? If still it’s true, it seems I need to lease more Indonesia nodes.
Hi, thank you.
I will try to see if it can help reduce the spike. But just to inform you that this game ragnarok online is getting more popular recently in Indonesia, so if the lag can be reduced, it will greatly help you to sell this product to fellow Indonesians outside Indonesia.
Thank you for sending this problem report.
However is there any problem to use Mudfish? If then please elaborate little bit more for me.
Ooops. Could you please check whether this game is based on P2P (Peer To Peer) protocol or not? If it’s, I think it’s not easy for Mudfish to support this game.
If then please check Mudfish for P2P (Peer To Peer) based games section.
Im not sure. I know that the only way to get it kinda working is going full vpn mode. I tried with proxifier and it will only connect to a few ip then it would stop working before the game reaches the server list. From what i understand the dedicated server use a udp connection and the default ports are UDP 7777, 7778 and 27015. I tried looking more info about the game and all i could find that was useful is this. (https://www.reddit.com/r/ConanExiles/comments/5tgbsh/lets_discuss_ports/)
If theres a way to find out if the game is P2P let me know.
Yep… That’s a reason why I’m asking about P2P because it seems UDP 7777 and others are used to communicate with peers. And its IP blocks point that the peer isn’t a dedicated server at IDC.
