Hi I sent an email already 3 days ago but had no response. I’m trying to use korea based nodes on the Full VPN mode but all of them seem extremely and unusually slow or just not working at all. I can barely load a website when it’s on. I have tested over 80% of the nodes and also made sure they were the best choice nodes. I have no issues with other services just mudfish. Mainly trying to play Lost Ark on item VPN but understand u’ll need packets to make this work. Hoping you can solve my full VPN issue asap. thanks
Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
However if it works fine but still it’s really slow, then please try to change Connection Protocols to TCP based too.
Please refund me, your tool just does not work for me at all and support has been generic. I appreciate the confirmation in advance .
