Hi mudfish is not working on archeage , once the loading screen finishes , it takes me to the gaming screen but it is all black screen when i get there. the game works if i use other vpn, but not this

When I checked the game item, it seems there’s “CA East (Beauharnois - Phoenix)” destination for this game server. Please test with it.
