Then did you try to change other mudfish japan nodes with Full VPN mode enabled? Sometimes it could be caused by the game publisher because they blocked a mudfish node.

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test. If this works properly, at least your public IP should be changed to mudfish’s one.
