Cuz I play LineageM on the emulator, I have no idea where I need to install MUDFISH. Winodows or App in emulator.

I think the mudfish program for Windows is a proper one to try because it’s well(?) supported by me. 
But as workaround I think you should use Full VPN mode.

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine on your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
