Hi there, I accidentally changed my data plan to subscription without knowing. Is it possible to revert back to pay per traffic please without waiting 30 days. I also want to ask, is it allowed for a single user to have 2 accounts? Considering one for per pay traffic and another for subscription.

No problem. :slight_smile: I’d changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic) and reset your changable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do again.

Please check Manage aliases section about how to
create a sub (alias) account which shares your mudfish credits.
