Hi,
I am trying to play on Maplestory Global (through Nexon), from my current understanding I have a high discord ping and assume this is due to discord going through mudfish. I have applied the
‘Item’s Built-In Domains’ Feature in attempt to solve this problem but as you can see from the screenshots. it seems that it failed to work. I am hoping you could help clarify this situation and suggest a solution. I hate to be just burning up credits.
Did you try to use WFP Item mode enabled instead of this “exclude” or “web inspect” rules?
If WFP Item mode works fine on your machine, it’ll be a best way to play with Mudfish.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply! I actually spent the day testing on WFP Item mode enabled. It seems to have fixed the discord problem.
However the rate at which Mudfish seems to consume traffic credits still seems high. I understand you might not know the answer to this but does Maplestory really consume 1.6 GB of data for what is a relatively low amount of game time? I have used Mudfish before for raiding on other MMOs and consumption has never been this high. I have not opened Twitch or Netflix during the duration of my gaming… could something else be mistaken and routed through the VPN?
@blockize If you’re using Mudfish v6.4.3, please consider to run “Advanced → Network Monitoring” tool to monitor your system traffics. You can find it from Mudfish Launcher.
If it works fine on your system, I think it shows more details where Maplestory process sends traffics to.
