Hit speed cap while barely using the data

Hello,

I’ve been using Mud Fish exclusively for FFXIV and Discord, Subscription model (16 Mbps burst / 4 Mbps voucher type ) I do get some random lags and i notice every time it happens i get warning form mud fish that i hit speed cap. I don’t think my game nor discord consume much data to hit the speed cap, i wonder if something is wrong?

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

thank you very much for your replay,
nothing in the documents is helping with my issue, I barely have anything playing in the background that might consume data, just FFXIV and discord. I already use the subscription model. how can you help me further ?

Did you try to install GlassWire and monitor your network traffics? I think you can check where the traffics are from.
