Home internet not connecting to website or app

Hey,

I have been using Mudfish with no problems for over a month. This week I downloaded the new app. After downloading, I am now unable to connect to the server, I get a ‘This site could not be reached’ message. I have reset my router and checked my settings but the problem continues. I have to log on by my phone internet now to post here.

I’ve deleted the new app but the problem remains.

Any suggestions or help to fix this?

I was having a problem with my password after downloading the new app so maybe my ip address is blocked by Mudfish?

@drewmudfish Weird… Is this issue still not solved? If then please tell me your current public IP. I need to check the internal part first.

Did you type wrong password multiple times? If then your access could be blocked for 1 hour…

I just checked and it’s working on my home internet now. Thanks for the reply!
