How to connect for Shining Moon RO?

I saw in SMRO forum asking to navigate to Item > Manage Items > “+” Symbol > routing Path key in 192.99.66.84/32. But I can’t find any + symbol?

Please turns on Expert Mode with visiting ‘Setup → Account’ menu.

and then moves to ‘Item → Manage Items’ menu. At there, you can see button. It shows ‘Item Add’ menu
