How to get free balance for trial?

hello!

How do i get the free trial?
In the email it says that after activation of the account some amount of credit will be available to use for free trial, but my balance is showing no balance.

I’d like to test out first before buying credit (Want to buy mudfish to lower pings for granblue fantasy web game)
