Hello, I have been using the proxy for quite a few months with python HTTP requests, single threaded application but using multiple nodes (1 after each other). Everything was working fine this whole time but last week I started getting the following on every request
Max retries exceeded with url:xxx (Caused by ProxyError(‘Cannot connect to proxy.’, OSError(‘Tunnel connection failed: 503 Internal authentication error.’))).
I stopped using for 1/2 - 1 day and it started working again.
The same thing has just happened again but this time I checked your launcher and I get MUDEC_00357: Your account isn’t activated. Your docs indicate that this is too many requests for authentication.
My question is have you changed your rate limiting recently or could this be another problem. thanks
