Huge decrease in traffic balance even with small data usage (FFXIV)

For the past few days, there’s been a huge decrease in balance compared to the data consumption for FFXIV. What should’ve been just below 50mb of usage translates to 300-500mb balance decrease.

The options applied are FastConnect mode and WFP item mode. Full VPN mode is turned off.

Connecting to JP servers for FFXIV. Pay per traffic option.

Would be really happy if this is looked upon.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
