However I’ve downloaded the pc 64bit vpn and it won’t let me install as it keeps popping up error messages.
My pc is windows 10 64 bit for sure.
Now I wonder if I downloaded the right file or not.
As there are few more files below.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Could you please show me a screenshot of the error window? You can download the previous mudfish versions at Index of /releases/ link so you can try to install other older versions whether the symptom is still same.
Please check FIX: NSIS error "Error launching installer" - Appuals.com for this case. However I’m not sure that your issue is triggered by your locale.
