I am currently unable to connect with any proxy, I have tried restarting the PC and modem and also using the free public wifi nearby, nothing has worked so far. I began experiencing outages last night and thought it was merely an issue with the game I was playing, but it started happening again a hour ago.
Update: the problem stopped happening around 1 AM EST and appears to have lasted about 24 hours.
