I cant create a packet dump

Whenever I try and submit a packet dump, it goes down to 0MB, and if I go back to the dashboard, I can see that the VPN has not been sending or receiving packets from when I started the packet dump (but was receiving and sending before)

Please check Packet Capture with Mudfish link and see “FAQ: Uploading got stuck!” section.

If creating the packet dump worked fine, you can find a file mudfish_pcap_msk0.pcap under C:\Program Files (x86)\Mudfish Cloud VPN\ directory. Please check it first.
