I can't seem to connect to you

I can't seem to connect to your service though my mobile app any longer? I'm getting a login error for the Toronto Node? I may have changed a settings by mistake. Was trying Subscription mode, then switched back to Pay per Use. I only stream and use your service at work. Should I use Subscription or Pay?

Now I'm having issues with my Desktop VPN as well? I believe it all has to do with me changing my profile to Subscription. Now it appears I cant switch back to Pay per Use until Sept 26th? I really need to get your VPN working for me again. Is there anyway you can put me on the Pay per Use again through Admin?

I can't currently reach any webistes with your VPN turned on, from either my Desktop or my Android....?
