Could you please provide hints for other accounts? ID? We need to verify first whether it's really belong to you before resetting the password.

Did you try to fine the password using mudfish interface? When I checked it, the email is hke_ow001_at_hotmail.com

Got it. Then could you please tell your email address of Paypal you used to pay the mudfish credits for hke_ow001 account? This is a verification step whether it's really yours or not.
