I found my credit is minus. Then I purchase $3.29 through IOS, why I still can not use it?

Please let us know the Order ID. It starts M in Purchase History.

I have no Order ID. The payment is under preserve status.

Apple just approved the purchase and double count…

Now the credit become zero.
