i have a problem with full vpn mode. if i turn it on, i can only login to mudfish, but all the dashboard option gave me error http 500, and i don’t know what it is. i had to login from website to turn it off. how do i fix this?

just windows firewall.

You can check these things,

  1. Make sure to enter accounts.en.loxch.com/

  2. Find error messages in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mudfish Cloud
    VPN\mudrun_stdout.txt or send the txt file to support@loxch.com to
    inspect if you feel this work is hard
