I have been fiddling around with node settings from my two games I’m interested in lowering my latency in.

So far the results have been pretty subpar, I lower my latency with around 8ms.

I live Sweden [EU] and have a pretty decent connection 100/100 fiber-optic network and the servers/games I’m trying to lowering my latency is in the NA region.

I’m not sure if Mudfish (or any VPN software) is really capable of lowering my latency much more, but it could also be the nodes I’m selecting.

I have tried selecting two nodes (using the least Round-Trip Time as a reference), am I doing something wrong here. I know Mudfish works because the traffic only moves when playing the games.

Kind regards,
Moonkis

Is should clarify that the games are:
Overwatch (Los Angeles and Chicago?)
Tree of Savior (Located in Virginia and Hosted by Amazon I believe)

What’s your current ping without mudfish?

166ms for Tree of Savior
135ms for Overwatch

Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes document for game items? However your current ping is quite good to the game server according to RTT information.
