I have the Overwatch item loaded for Los Angeles servers, coming in from Manila, Philippines. I play 1 or more games on LAX Overwatch servers, but then randomly, I'm back on Singapore based Overwatch servers with double ping because it routes me to LAX, then back to Singapore. This has been going on for months.
