I just got mudfish to be able to download/play Black Desert Taiwan. Well its not working at all…If I turn full VPN I can unblock google/facebook.youtube. But for the game it doesnt work
It works with full VPN only…
:-( It’s bas news. However please note that I restored some of your credits because it seems you consumed too many credits due to Full VPN mode.
When you get a chance, please send me some game packet (Black Desert Taiwan) using Packet Capture with Mudfish. I need to check whether there’s a missed IP block.
On the other hand, where can I see my “true ping” when I’m playing games? It would be better to show ping before/after the configuration (like WTFast) on the dashboard so that the customers could really feel the improvement by using Mudfish.
On the dashboard “Realtime RTT” shows 20ms RTT, while in “Item/Manage
Itmes/Status/Connection Status” it shows 100ms RTT. Why is there a
difference between these 2 figures?
Ooops… Really? Then something is wrong to calculate RTT information. Is it happenning if you try to play at Hong Kong game server of PUBG?

Please check How to check my ping section. If the game client itself provides a ping value, it’d be a best way to see the real ping.
More specifically, it happened when I try to play at Asia server of PUBG (no idea which country is the server located actually). I think the difference between these two figures is misleading and also make me wonder which I should believe to be the “true ping” while I’m playing the game. Showing the ping before and after the VPN configuration directly on the dashboard should be more informative and thus we can have idea to what extent does the VPN improve our gaming experience. Thanks!
One more question: Which IP is the pingable IPv4 address to the destination server when I see the core log in Status/Process? There are too many IP address to check
I think “13.75.124.71” is pigable for Asia (Hong Kong) destination.
Well… I didn’t find the IP “13.75.124.71” in my process core log. I have no idea how you spot it.
On the other hand, I find out that once I choose advanced mode (i.e. traffics would be delivered through two Mudfish nodes.) then there would be huge difference between Real RTT and Connection Status. While in basic mode, there isn’t.
Also, I tried using command tool to ping “13.75.124.71” and had 20ms ping, which agrees with Real RTT (under advanced mode). So should I take Real RTT as my primary reference?
Still confused between these two figures… So misleading! Plz give some advice of feedback, tks!

Yes if you’re connecting to Asia (Hong Kong) game server. However regarding to “Connection Status”, I need to check it again why. Sorry for this issue. However I think ‘Realtime RTT’ should indicate your real ping.
Ok! Thanks for your reply, hope you guys can fix this issue soon!
