I live in Sydney and I am new to the service for FFXIV. It seems the auto configuration bar for me is often stuck at 47% completed. Sometimes it will go to around 80 something % and popped back to 47%. I have tried to let it run for 10 minutes but it never finished. When I pressed on the ‘Self-Diagnosis’, 2 errors popped up on the right top corner:
UDP src --235ms–> dst(14.63.185.131:10007)
UDP src --188ms–> dst(210.151.40.200:10007)
Thank you for your reply. After turning on the full VPN mode, it seems the process completes in seconds. But I do not want to turn the full VPN mode on since I don’t want to waste the credits on things outside the game, is there anyway to solve the issue without full VPN?
Please leave what you want to play alone then close other programs.
