I lost all my balance and now

I lost all my balance and now it shows negative balance. I don’t use full VPN and I only use this for FFXIV. I know I have around 10GB or more than that left because I don’t really play that much and I have bought the 2.99 plan twice.

If I did use all data while playing then that’s fine. I just need to know where to check how much data I’ve used each week or month.

:frowning: Did you use Full VPN mode before? If not CDN and Mudfish section could be related. However I’d reverted your credits.

I may have Mudfish on when I tried to install League a couple of days ago. Thank you so much. I will make sure to keep using this service.
