It’s depending on the cloud image of OS distribtion. 
Something is created based on 2G while others are based on 8G.
Also when can we reinstall by ourselves?
Regarding to reinstallation of OS, please let me allow some days to
implement it. At that moment you can re-install it whenever you want.
It doesn’t take too much times.
