But I didn’t see it and need it to check your payment information. 4260-4589-3439-8469 isn’t transaction ID at here.

I figured out,I’m useing the card directly，so I don’t have such 17 figure transaction ID in the e-mail.
That’s wrong because all Paypal transaction has a unique transaction ID and it’s delivered to your email as receipt. It looks like http://image.mudfish.net/i/iPdWfZ link. Please check it again.
