I started using mudfish yesterday with about 27GB balance remaining…
Confirmed that using it with only FFXIV game it barely went down by
0.01GB after an hour of play. But I just got disconnected from the game
and now it says I’ve got a negative balance?

I don’t understand what happened, and my internet connection isn’t even fast enough to use 27 GB in such a short time.

Just wanted to add that Full-VPN mode is Off, and only FFXIV and Rocket League were equipped and configured.

First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.

After searching around a bit for others with a similar issue, I believe it may have been related to uplay. Strange.
