I think there probably have a bug in ip change system,becasuse when I try to use my new ip to connect the vps by puTTY,it doesn’t work(I can get reply by ping this new ip,and the port I use is also the port I set one).After that I connect the vps by use noVNC console,then I intall the v2ray on VPS,the v2ray shows that my ip is still the old one.
