I want to play Pubg Mobile in Europe server. However your VPN connects only to Asia (Hong Kong) as destination server. Therefore it is very difficult to get a good ping. Even playing Europe server without Mudfish is far better.

Please send us some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link while playing the game with Full VPN mode.
To add new game server, we need some game packets to analyze.
I got the packets but couldn’t upload due to internal error (as said in the message). I’ve tried the support link in the documentation but failed too. Is there any way for me to email you the packet???

Thank you for sending the packet dump. Based on your packet dump, I had updated the game item. Could you please test with it? If it is not working properly, please let me know.
I’m still getting the usual ping as if there is no vpn. :(. Please fix this.
