What does this mean?  Are you meaning that it’s still blocked even if you used Full VPN mode?

Weird.  Could you please tell me some steps you’d followed?  I’m not sure that you ran Mudfish at middle of your steps.  If I guess correctly, in a view of game server normally Public IP will be used to detect abnormal connection.  It means you should use Full VPN mode from beginning and same country before launching the browser or the game client.
