You can select PayPal only when you use USD as payment currency
Yes, as user shinepala mentioned it’s possible with USD but unfortunately now we’re waiting the response from Alipay but no luck at this moment though we hope it’s solved as soon as possible. 
You should notice that Lost Ark is pretty large and it’ll consume
doubled if you download it through over a node. Your computer <->
