Im having a problem with packet loss in PUBG

I didnt have this problem before, but now im getting spikes up to 10% packet loss in upstream. Before I just had to have a 113 TTL and less than 150 ping in cmd without using vpn and after i connect to mudfish i usually would have 50-60 ping, but now it's not possible anymore.
