I'm playing Final Fantasy XIV using the FastConnect option, and according to forum posts I've read this is supposed to emulate a low ping connection (in single digits according to some posts) but in game it doesn't feel much different to the connection I would get using the standard Mudfish routing service. For reference I am an Australian based player and my ping averages around 135ms according to the Mudfish client when I connect using the most stable and fastest nodes.
