I'm playing League of legends from India. what will be the best settings for playing on the NA and EUW servers? With the Mudfish my ping is higher atm.

Even these workaround doesn't work, we no more support to bypass to Destination Server.

I turned on Public nodes in Full VPN and tried a bunch of different options, the ping is still not any better. :(
Please let me know what I can do to improve it, I heard of mudfish from a friend who uses it and it helps with his ping.
When you get a chance, please check http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=428380 link for your RTT status. As you can see, RTT stddev values are very high meaning that your ISP is very unstable to the other international ISPs. In my opinion, you should check your ISP first.
