When I checked your configuration, it seems you’re using Full VPN mode. It means that your all traffics from the desktop will be redirected to mudfish nodes so depending on how much you used the traffics, you can encounter the lags.
Did you check Realtime Traffic graph while playing the game? How much did you use when you encountered the lag?

If you’re talking about the network bandwidth of TAP-Win32 adapter v9, you don’t need to worry about because it’s the software limitation of the driver. So its maximum bandwidth is up to your CPU power.
