I’m thinking of buying a mini router (the GLI one?) to install OpenWRT+mudfish to play on PS4. It seems straightforward enough, but I can’t find a guide or other explanations than what’s on this site. Anyone here has done it? Is it easy? Does it work well?

Can I use it with another router? Would be “wall<->modem<->router<->Mudfish router<->PS4”. Does that work?

This network model “wall<->modem<->router<->Mudfish router<->PS4” should work. But I don’t think your mini router is supported properly by mudfish because its CPU or toolchains are different.

Currently only Xiaomi Youth router is officially supported though it’s not well documented at all.
