I'm unable to ping "FFXIV -

I’m unable to ping “FFXIV - ELEMENTAL” servers “124.150.157.158” through command prompt when I have Mudfish launched.

I’ve just added the item, using Fast Connect and it recommended “JP Asia (Tokyo - Azure 11)” as the routing path and when pinging I just get “request timed out” in cmd. This does not happen when Mudfish isn’t launched.

I’ve obtained the IP Addresses from: https://arrstatus.com/

I also noticed when looking at the destination servers in Mudfish, the IP address is as follows: “124.150.157.9”, I’ve tried pinging that as well no to avail.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Just an update, after logging into the game and checking on resource monitor (Windows 10), when I look at the process it shows 0ms for the latency.

Please try to turn off FastConnect mode or change your Connection Protocols
