is it normal that my fps jump from 30 to 9 while i use this program and when i not use it they are 120?

Is the fps short for ‘Frame Per Second’? Normally Mudfish is ping related program while FPS represents the graphic related. If it’s really true, could you please check the mudfish processes at Task Manager?
